OHHS 2000 Reunion Memory Book

You are invited to contribute a personal message for publication in the Memory Book. This is optional, yet certainly welcome and appreciated. Please follow the instructions below. Print out this page and mail it with your Registration Form and check to:

1. Write your message within the space provided using black ink of at least medium point for good quality reproduction. If you type your message, cut and paste to fit within the message box. Or email your message to the committee.

2. Write whatever you like within reason and good taste.

3. Current pictures of you and/or your family are good too! Drawings, artwork and doodles are ok too. We will do our best to include them.

4. Return this page along with your reunion reservations by May 1st regardless of whether you can join us in June. We understand that it may be impossible for some of you to attend, but this is your chance to be there in thought and spirit!

5. Please be sure to include your full name (maiden, current, etc.) when signing your card. Thanks.
